Elizabeth is a Reiki Master / Teacher  who trained at the renowned  Canadian School of Reiki.  After many years in a fast moving world, finding calm and learning to relax became truly important.   She had been busy in her previous business as Owner of Elizabethan Catering Services with her husband, Steven.   

 

Her involvement in television, radio, public speaking and auctioneering,   fulfilled her very busy schedule including acting and singing, playing many lead roles, appearing on stage at local Edmonton theatres, including the Winspear.  Mentoring youth was also very important to Elizabeth in her business and for this she became the happy recipient of the Woman of Vision Award.   

 

After many years, reading and studying Reiki, Elizabeth came to realize that it is her love of people and creating calm mixed with this beautiful feeling of relaxation and tranquility.  It truly was a perfect fit.
